We are excited to share some good news! We are simplifying and streamlining the system for creating a trouble ticket to request assistance with technology and maintenance.
We'll be switching from SchoolDude to GetHelp. GetHelp is faster, prettier, and simpler to use, although the basic premise is the same: Create a trouble ticket - GetHelp!
The coolest thing about this transition is that your GetHelp login is integrated with our Google Domain so once you enter your email address, GetHelp will recognize you and log you in with your Google password! (If you're asked for an ID, just click on "I don't know my ID")
We’d like to invite everyone to try GetHelp so we can make sure it’s tip-top for use next school year. Here’s the link for our portal: GetHelp user portal, it is also be available on the For Staff tab.
If you would, please take a minute to log in to the GetHelp user portal. It's painless and we're pretty excited about that. Feel free to bookmark this link and use it in place of SchoolDude, too! We'll be making more announcements as progress continues. Our goal is to use GetHelp just as we did School Dude and be even better!
Both SchoolDude and GetHelp are available through June 30. After June 30, GetHelp will be your only go-to for technology and maintenance requests.
